The Concept
"Gaia" designed shortly after the "Aegean" Project was SOLD OUT, as there was high demand from clients interested in investing in the area. This project is considered seafront as it is only 70m away from the sea and the private gulf of the project. It consists of four independent villas with panoramic unobstructed sea views which were SOLD very fast. Our philosophy is to design houses that are harmonized with the natural landscape and meet all modern energy requirements.
