Our residence "HELIOS" is a residence of 122 sq.m., located in Lykorema Karystos in South Evia and belongs to the Terra Project of Greek Dreams. It has an energy design according to ecological standards of energy class A and with the possibility of upgrading to A+ for to have minimal energy consumption and to be perfectly in harmony with the natural environment.

The residence is located on a plot of 4,000 sq.m., with a wonderful view of the sea just 220m from it, and has exclusive use of a plot-garden of 600 sq.m. including 2 outdoor parking spaces.
